Clarity Auto Details LLC. Service Agreement
By booking or using Clarity Auto Details mobile detailing’s services, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legal agreement between you and Clarity Auto Details LLC. (“Contractor”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

Cancelation Policy
Clarity Auto Details LLC. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule based on staffing, traffic, weather, equipment issues, client unresponsive to communications, unsafe work environments, or failure to abide by policy regarding payment.

Late Arrival
Clarity Auto Details LLC. reserves the right to arrive up to 1 hour late. Sometimes job schedules are tight and we may need to push your appointment back a bit. Traffic can also have an impact on arrival times. We ask that you be patient with our arrival.

Vehicle Access, Operation & Service Quality
When booking our services, you agree to provide Clarity Auto Details LLC. personnel with access and keys to your vehicle to perform auto-related services. Clarity Auto Details LLC. endeavors to perform services to a high standard, aiming for a clean, damage-free exterior and spotless interior. Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of service completion. Clarity Auto Details LLC. is not liable for concerns raised thereafter or if you do not participate in the final inspection.

Accidents, Pre-Existing Conditions & Limitation Of Liability
Clarity Auto Details LLC. cannot be held responsible for damaged or missing items. We will document pre-existing damage but cannot be held liable for pre-existing conditions. If damage occurs under our care, you will be notified. Clarity Auto Details LLC. provides no guarantees or warranties.
Fees, Service Terms & Payment
All pricing will be solely determined and set by Clarity Auto Details LLC. The fee for our services is the “Total Cost” after inspection. Vehicles that are exceptionally dirty/muddy, have interiors with pet hair, mold, heavy staining, strong odors, rodents or hazards will have and additional cost of $35. Oversized, trucks/SUVs, and lifted vehicles will also have an additional cost of $35. We will inform you before proceeding with any additional charge. All payment will be discussed and collected prior to the detailing of your vehicle. At this time Clarity Auto Details LLC. will accept either cash or card payments. Payments made by check must be taken in advance to allow bank transfer times. Discounts are available for our services and can be combined up to, but not exceeding, 15% of the total cost of our services. We do not accept coupons from third parties.

Access Requirements
You must provide access to water and electricity for mobile detailing services.

Safety
You must disclose any harmful substances in the vehicle prior to detailing. You are responsible for any health/safety issues arising from your vehicle.
Feedback, Termination & Governing Law
If you have any questions regarding the condition of your vehicle, we will be happy to hear your feedback and address any concerns. By booking our services, you agree that Clarity Auto Details LLC. may use pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes unless you object in writing. By using Clarity Auto Details LLC. services, you certify that you are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of the vehicle’s legal owner and are 18+ years of age. You agree to indemnify and hold Clarity Auto Details LLC. harmless from any claims or damages arising from your lack of authority to enter into this agreement.

Clarity Auto Details LLC. does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with our work. If you want the interior and exterior of your vehicle as clean as possible, we suggest you select our most premium package.
